摘要
人性化教育倡导"以人为本",顺应人的天性,人性化教育的目的是"育人"而非"造物",人性化教育认同个性差异,注重个性发展,强调特色培养,人性化教育促进个体全面、自由、和谐的发展,为其一生的发展奠基。文章认为,现行的教育是以知识为中心而不是以人为中心的教育,或者说是以"知识为本"而不是"以人为本"的教育。在这样的教育状态下实行人性化教育,其难度可想而知。转变教育模式,逐步建立真正"以人为本"的人性化教育模式,将教育的过程真正变成培养人和关怀人的过程尤为迫切和重要。
Humanized Education concerns about human life,respects human personality and promotes the harmonious development of human.Only humanized education is put into practice,can we successfully advocate ＂ to every student development＂ philosophy of new curriculum.While the current ＂knowledge-based＂ education seriously impedes the implementation of humanized education for all kinds of drawbacks,bringing about the difficulty of humanized education,and hindering the healthy development of students.As the main body of education,educators must carry out humanized knowledge of ＂human-orientation＂,change comprehensively philosophy of education,focus on knowledge,students,and themselves in education behavior,completely embed education into the life of knowledge,students and educators.
