摘要
文章从发展现代气象事业的视角分析了大力培养高层次气象人才的必要性,探讨了当前研究生教育与气象人才培养中存在的关键问题,提出了应与时俱进地优化研究生教育结构,增加高层次气象人才类型和规模,创新培养模式分化人才培养方向,建立科学的人才评价体系,整合社会资源,开放办学,提高高层次气象人才培养质量等对策建议。
From the perspective of developing modern meteorological service,the paper analyzes the necessity of training senior meteorological talents,discusses the key problems in current graduate education and training meteorological talents,and puts forward the strategies：keep pace with the times to optimize the structure of graduate education,increase the types and scales of senior meteorological talents,innovate the training model to divide the direction of training talents,construct scientific talent evaluation system,integrate social resources,open teaching,and improve the quality of training senior meteorological talents,etc.
