摘要 "十一五"我国焦化行业快速发展,但也面临着前所未有的严峻形势。我国与国外焦化发达国家还存在差距:大型焦炉比例低;采用节能减排技术措施少;产能结构性过剩,行业集中度偏低等,是中国焦化工业发展的瓶颈。为使我国从焦炭生产大国变成焦化技术强国,"十二五"应该开发和推广低NOX排放的大型顶装焦炉、大型捣固炼焦、干熄焦、焦炉烟道气余热回收利用、高效节能的脱硫脱氰技术;研发焦炉荒煤气余热回收利用、焦炉煤气综合利用和新型焦化污水深度处理技术;建设和发展大型煤焦油加工和大型苯加氢装置。 The cokemaking industry Year", however it is still faced with the eokemaking in China developed rapidly during "Eleventh Fiveseverely unprecedented situation. Comparing with the technology used by developed countries, there exists a gap between China and developed countries in many respects such as fewer large-scale coke ovens in China, less measures to be taken for developing the technology with energy-saving and low emissions, structural overcapacity, relatively low concentration ratio of cokemaking industry which is the bottleneck for the cokemaking industry in China to be further developed. In order to become a powerful country in cokemaking technology from the No.1 country in producing cokes during "Twelfth Five-Year", large-scale top-charged coke ovens with low NOx emissions should be built and popularized and such technologies as large-scale stamp-charged cokemaking technology, coke .dry quenching technology, technology for recycling waste heat of flue gas from a coke oven and the efficient and en- ergy-saving desulfurization and decyanation technology should be developed and applied all over China. In addition, these new technologies such as the technology for recycling the waste heat of raw coke oven gas, the comprehensive utilization technology for coke oven gas and new treatment technology for cokemaking wastewater should be further developed. And it is proposed that large-scale units for processing coal tar and benzol hydro-refining should also be developed and built in China.
