摘要
目的研究肺炎衣原体(Cpn)感染、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)与原发性高血压(EH)间的联系强度,探讨联系EH与动脉粥样硬化(AS)的潜在机制。方法选择102例EH患者为试验组,选择96例健康体检者为对照组,两组应用微量免疫荧光法统一测定Cpn特异性抗体IgG、IgM,全自动生化仪测定超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP),应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定IMT,并进行对比分析。结果试验组hsCRP、IMT及Cpn特异性抗体阳性率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Cpn特异性抗体阳性组hsCRP、IMT高于阴性组(P<0.01),且hsCRP、IMT与Cpn特异性IgG抗体几何平均滴度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 Cpn感染与EH病变过程有关,Cpn感染激发和加重动脉内炎性反应可促进AS,是联系EH和AS的潜在机制。
Objective To investigate the correlation between Chlamydia pneumoniae(Cpn)infection and carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)in essential hypertension(EH),in order to find out the potential mechanism of EH and Atherosclerosis(AS).Methods Blood samples were collected from 102 trial EH patients and 96 healthy controls.The serum specific antibodies of Cpn such as IgG,IgM were measured by the microimmunofluorescence test.The level of high sensitive C reactive protein(hsCRP)were measured with full automatic biochemistry analyzer.IMT were measured by color Doppler.Comparative analysis was done.Results The positive rate of hsCRP,IMT and Cpn specific antibody in EH group were higher than that in control group(P0.01).The levels of hsCRP,IMT in seropositive were higher than seronegative individuals(P0.01)and they were positively correlated to the geometric mean titer of IgG(P0.01).Conclusion Infection with Cpn is significantly associated with EH,it may contribute to AS by the initiation and progression of the inflammatory reaction within the artery,which is a potential mechanism of the correlation between EH and AS.
