摘要
本文报告了乳腺癌术后局部和/或区域淋巴结复发41例。其中多发灶11例、单发灶30例。总病灶数71个、采用35～77GY肿瘤量照射取得了好的疗效。接受放疗的病例局部控制率76％,而1、3和5年生存率分别为82.9％,24.2％和18.1％。因此,只要病情许可,都要积极争取放射治疗。
