摘要
随着高校图书馆公共服务职能的转变,对图书管理员的知识结构、综合职业道德素质提出了更高的要求。只有增强图书管理员的业务水平,更新知识结构和提高综合素质,才能适应图书馆的发展,更好地为读者服务、为教学服务。
With university library public service function transforming,higher requirement is placed on librarian＇s knowledge structure,comprehensive occupational and moral quality.Only by strengthening the librarian＇s professional level,updating their knowledge structure and improving their comprehensive quality can they better adapt to the development of library and serve readers and teaching better.
