摘要 提出弱非平稳转速下转子动平衡方法,通过对动不平衡振动信号的时间频率联合分析处理获取各次动平衡试验振动信号的转速无关化幅值、相位和振幅转速无关化信号初相点等转速无关化振动信息。根据转速无关化振动信息给出了分别采用影响系数法、振型平衡法和全息谱平衡法计算不平衡量重径积和相位的方法。弱非平稳转速下转子动平衡方法免去了现有动平衡方法理论上对平衡转速必须处于恒定转速的严格要求,允许动平衡试验中平衡转速可以有一定的波动范围,消除现有动平衡方法中转速波动对动平衡精度的影响,实现超精密转子动平衡技术。 Dynamic Balancing of the Rotor with weakly non-stationary rotational Speed is put forward. After the unbalance vibration signal processed through Time-Frequency Analysis method, the vibration signal information independent of the rotor’s rotational speed, include amplitude value, phase value and Initial Phase Point got in dynamic balance testing. According to the vibration signal information independent of the rotor’s rotational speed, the computation method to get the unbalance mass-radius-product value and phase value through Influence Coefficient Method, Vibration Mode Balancing or Holographic Spectrum Balancing is introduced. Dynamic balancing of the rotor with weakly non-stationary rotational speed doesn’t require the rotor’s rotational speed kept in stationary state. So it eliminates the affection of the non-stationary rotational speed in rotor dynamic balancing and can realize technology of rotor dynamic balancing with ultra precision.
