摘要
间皮瘤是一种少见的肿瘤,常发生于胸膜和腹膜,偶见于心包膜和睾丸鞘膜。自从1960年Wagner等人发现间皮瘤与接触石棉有关以来,对间皮瘤的研究日益深入,但目前尚未见到有关其酶组织化学研究的报道,本文通过给大鼠胸腔注入青石棉纤维,探讨实验性间皮瘤及其发生过程中的酶组织化学改变。
Experimental mesothelioma was induced in 56 Wistar rats by intra-pleural injec-tion of crocidolite fiber saline suspension. Injection of saline only into 34 rats was usedas control.9 mesotheliomas were found in experimental group but none in controlgroups.Enzymehistochemical observation showed that the activities of SDH,ICDH,MDH.LDH GDH, G6PD, α-GPDH and β-OHBD in the most mesothelioma epitheliold cellswere higher than that in mesothelioma fibrosarcomatous cells, and activities of 5'-N.ATPase and ACP were vice versa.The enzymic activity in these mesothelioma epithelioidcells coincided with that in normal and proliferative mesothelial cells;similar result wasbetween mesothelioma sarcomatous cell and fibroblasts in proliferative connectivealso observed tissue. -This fact suggests thet the original cells of mesothelioma candifferentiate toward either epithelial or mesenchymal direction. There was no distinctenzymic activity observed during different stages in tumorigenesis.
