摘要
针对由传统单一的产业结构所决定的城市功能和区域布局,阐述了阜新优化区域发展布局的必要性,分析了阜新优化区域发展布局,以城镇化带动经济转型升级的各项举措,并指出在这一过程中所存在的难点和挑战,提出阜新可以通过统筹城乡、合理规划和外引内联等手段进一步优化区域布局。
In view of urban functions and region layout determined by the traditional single industrial structure, an elaboration was made of the necessity of optimizing region development layout in Fuxin. Measures were analyzed in the optimization of region development layout and the upgrade of economic transformation driven by urbanization. Problems and challenges in this process were pointed out. Accord- ingly, suggestions are put forward that the optimization of regional layout in Fuxin can be propelled by balancing urban and rural development, rationalizing and promoting internal cooperation. economic planning, introducing external resources
