摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,人力资源逐渐成为生产经济活动中最活跃、最重要的因素。本文在分析贵州省凯里市产业结构与人力资源分布情况的基础上,采用DEA方法与模型来综合评价凯里市人力资源对农业发展的影响,并结合评价结果,提出改善人力资源现状,提高人力资源效率,促进农业合理发展的对策与建议。
As the world goes into the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources have become the most active and most important factor among the economic activities. On the basis of analyzing industrial structure and human resource distribution in Kaili city of Guizhou province, DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method and model have been adopted for a comprehensive evaluation of relationship between human resources and agricultural development of Kaili. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the status and efficiency of human resources to promote reasonable agricultural development.
