摘要
将GIS技术和农业保险相结合,研究与开发了基于GIS的农业保险系统,利用GIS强大的空间分析和属性信息管理等功能,与农业保险的承保、理赔等业务工作进行有效结合,建立灾害预测与防灾减损模型,消除或减轻自然灾害对农业生产经营的威胁,增强其抗御、承受灾害的能力,从而可以提高农业保险管理的科学性,实现农业保险工作的高效性。
By combining GIS and agricultural insurance,a GIS-based system of agricultural insurance was developed.Then the model of disaster prediction and preventing disaster was established by using the powerful functions of GIS spatial analysis and management of attribute information etc.,combining the business work of underwrite and claim etc.in agricultural insurance to reduce or eliminate the threats of agricultural production and operation caused by natural disaster,and enhance the ability of disaster resistance and bearing,thus the scientific of management of agricultural insurance can be improved and the high effectiveness of work in agricultural insurance can be realized.
