摘要 目的研究瑞芬太尼不同用药顺序对罗库溴铵起效时间的影响。方法 68例择期全麻病人随机分成两组,Ⅰ组麻醉诱导注药顺序为瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚、罗库溴铵,Ⅱ组麻醉诱导注药顺序为丙泊酚、罗库溴铵、瑞芬太尼。观察罗库溴铵的起效时间,记录诱导前、罗库溴铵注药毕、插管前及插管后即时平均动脉压和心率。结果与Ⅱ组比,Ⅰ组罗库溴铵起效时间明显延长;罗库溴铵注药毕即时平均动脉压和心率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论不同瑞芬太尼用药时机会影响罗库溴铵的起效时间。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of different drug-administration sequence of remifentanil on the onset time of rocuronium.Methods: Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups acording to drug-administration sequence of remifentanil.In Group Ⅰ(n=34),remifentanil was infused first,followed by propofol.Then,rocuronium was administered lastly.In Group Ⅱ(n=34),propofol,rocuronium,and remifentan-il were given in that order.the onset time of rocuronium was measured.Mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),were recorded before anesthesia(T1),at injection of rocuronium(T2),immediately before and after intubation(T3 and T4).Results: In GroupⅠ,the onset of rocuronium was delayed significantly compared with Group Ⅱ [129(104-144) vs.94(72-102) s,P0.001].At the time of rocuronium injection(T2),MAP,HR was significantly lower in GroupⅠ than that in Group Ⅱ(P〈0.01).Conclusion: The onset time of rocuronium is prolonged significantly by early administration of remifentanil.
