摘要
根据人体功能学原理,为满足人们锻炼身体的需要,设计出一种新型握力器。文中重点介绍了设计目的和设计依据,以及遇到的问题和解决办法。首先在科学分析手掌结构的基础上,对食指、中指、无名指、小指等四指近节指骨、中节指骨、远节指骨以及掌骨在相对移动中的位置特点进行分析,对其局部耐压能力也做了说明。之后,重点阐述了多弹簧握力器的设计原理及各关键部位的设计方法和材料选择。
In this paper,according to the principle of human functions,to meet people's physical exercise needs,we design a new type of grip.We present the design objective and design basis,as well as the problems encountered and solutions.Firstly,in the scientific analysis on the basis of the structure of the palm,index finger,middle finger,ring finger,the little finger and four finger proximal phalanx,middle phalanx,distal phalanx and metacarpal in relatively mobile in the position analysis of the characteristics,the local pressure capability are also presented.Then,we elaborate with emphasis how spring grip design principle and key part of the design methods and material selection.
