不同品种花生种子萌发中蛋白质和酸性酶的研究 被引量:8

STUDIES ON PROTEIN AND ACIDIC PHOSPHATASES IN DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF GERMINATING PEANUT SEEDS

摘要 5种不同品种花生种子的萌发过程,是随着萌发时间的增加,子叶中蛋白质含量和种类逐渐减少,而胚轴蛋白质含量和种类即随时间的增加而增加。但不同品种蛋白质变化也有差异,其中粤油116、169和汕油27变化较明显,而天津豆和Cs46变化较小。 As to the assay of five different varieties of germinating peanut seeds,theamount and type of protein in cotyledons decreased and those in embryonic axesincreased.The changes in amount and type of protein of“Yu-you 116”,“Yu-you 169and“Shan-you 27”were faster than those of “Tian-jin-dou” and “Cs 46”.Accivities of acidic phosphatases were closely related with seed germination.Acidic phosphatase activity of cotyledons in “Yu-you” 116,169 and “Shan-you” 27increased rapidly and reached the peak after germinating for 6 days and those in“Tian-jin-dou” and “Cs 46” increased slowly.Isozymes of acidic phosphatases chan-ged as the same.The activities of acidic phosphatases were related with seed vigorsuch as high-vigor seed have higer activity of enzyme,and low-vigor seed lower.Isozymes of esterase in different varieties of peanut seed represented the chara-cteristics of different cultivars.
