摘要 目的:观察腓肠神经营养血管筋膜皮瓣修复下肢软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:采用腓肠神经营养血管筋膜皮瓣修复小腿中下1/3、踝部及足跟部创伤引起的软组织缺损16例。切取皮瓣大小5 cm×4 cm~13 cm×8 cm。结果:16例全部成活,随访6~18个月,皮瓣外观满意,耐磨,无溃疡发生。结论:腓肠神经营养血管蒂恒定,变异少,操作简便,不牺牲主要血管,不需要吻合血管,为基层医院在修复小腿中下1/3、踝部及足跟部软组织缺损,提供一个理想供区。 Objective: To investigate clinical effect of the sural neurovascular flap to repair soft tissue defect of lower extremities. Methods:From May, 2005to October, 2009, sural neurovascular flap was used to repair the middle and lower leg 1/3, in the 16 cases with soft tissue defect caused by ankle and heel trauma. The size of the flap cut was 5 cm ×4 cm - 13 cm x 8 cm. Results:All of the 16 cases survived, with follow-up of 6 to 18 months. The appearance of skin and wear -resistance were satisfying, no ulcer occurred. Conclusion: Sural neurovascular pedicle was constant, with less variation. It is easy and simple to handdle, without sacrificing the major blood vessels, no need to match blood vessels. It pro- vides an ideal District for the rehabilitation of the lower leg 1/3, ankle and heel soft tissue defect in the. grass-roots hospitals.
