摘要
某燃气轮机多次发生突发性振动故障,振动突变后出现了很大幅值的低频分量,诊断为油膜振荡故障。分析了引起油膜振荡故障的原因,发现燃气轮机高温气体泄漏引起轴承负载变化,从而诱发了油膜振荡故障。提出了相应的处理措施,治理实践表明故障原因分析和处理是正确的。
Sudden vibration faults of a gas turbine occurred many times and there were large low frequency components after abnormal vibration. It is diagnosed as oil whirling fault. Through the cause analysis on the fault, it shows that the bearing load changes due to the high temperature air leak of the gas turbine, which causes the oil whirling fault. The treatment measures are sures prove effective through practice proposed and the eause analysis and treatment measures prove effective through practice.
