摘要
目的:观察中药灌肠配合盆腔灌注治疗盆腔炎性的治疗效果。方法:应用中药灌肠联合盆腔灌注交替治疗慢性盆腔炎性疾病。结果:160例中138例痊愈,其中20例好转,无效2例,有效率达86%,显效率98%。结论:中药灌肠联合盆腔灌注治疗盆腔炎性疾病有显效率高、疗程短、治疗充分、标本同治,对生育影响小,可在门诊治疗,副作用小等优点。
Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese drug enema combined with pelvic perfusion on treating pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：Chinese drug enema and pelvic perfusion were alternatively used for treating pelvic inflammatory disease.Results：Among 160 cases,there were 138 cases cured,20 cases improved,2 cases ineffective.The effective rate was 86% and the apparent rate was 98%.Conclusion：Chinese drug enema combined with pelvic perfusion for treating pelvic inflammatory disease has advantages,such as high apparent rate,short treatment course,few influence on production,few side effects,and so on.
