摘要 提出了在系统部件和结构模型规范化描述的基础上,对含有分流和汇流结构的负反馈系统故障树自动建造的处理方法。采用此方法,可利用规范化和标准化的元部件模型库,通过拖拽的方式形成系统功能图(即得到系统结构模型),在此基础上,可按任意指定的顶事件状态,实时的自动生成故障树。该方法在混合动力电动汽车系统中的应用,为发现系统可靠性设计的缺陷、进行故障的实时监测诊断和进行控制率的实时切换提供了依据;提供了混合动力电动汽车系统多态故障树自动建造的实例结果,冗余支路少、符合逻辑、结果正确,证明了该方法的正确性;具有通用性,也可用于其他大型复杂系统故障树的自动建造。 A way of automatic fault tree construction with regard to the negative feedback system including divider and header was put forward based on a standardized description of system components and structure model. In this way, a real time fault tree with designated top event can be constructed automatically by making use of the existing formalized and standardized component library and the system functional block diagram ( system structure application of this method model ) formed through in hybrid electric vehicle dragging and dropping necessary components. The system helps to discover faults in system reliability design, to carry out real-time diagnosis and real-time switch of control method. It also provided an example of the automatic multi-state fault tree construction in hybrid electric vehicle system without redundant sub- branch. The final result is logical and correct, indicating the correctness of this method. Its utility enables this method to be used in other complicated system.
