摘要
随着空间技术的快速发展,光学薄膜技术在我国空间技术中的应用越来越显著,应用领域也越来越广泛。本文概述了目前光学薄膜技术在我国空间技术领域的应用情况以及未来可能的应用领域。鉴于空间环境的特殊性,光学薄膜技术在空间的应用具有特殊的要求,总结了空间环境对于光学薄膜的特殊要求。最后,介绍了表面工程技术重点实验室近年来研究的各类空间用光学薄膜,包括红外滤光片、闪电探测用超窄带滤光片以及线性渐变滤光片等的研究情况及研究结果。
Here,we addressed the latest progress of the applications of the optical thin film technologies in China's aerospace science and industry,and its potential applications in many other fields.The discussions focused on three topics,first,the influence of the physical conditions of the space environment,including vacuum,drastic variations in temperature,irradiation of charged particles and ultraviolet ray,etc.,on the devices made of optical films;next,the technical requirements of the optical films,designed to work in space environment,and the total solutions to such challenges;and finally,some of the technical achievements,including the band-pass filters,ultra-narrow band pass filters,linear variable filters;as well as the research and development pipeline,such as the projects of the spectrum transmittance of infrared band pass filter(20.33~12.53 μm) in different temperature surroundings,and the design and deposition technology of the optical films to be used in fabricating linear variable filter,in our lab,China′s science and technology on surface engineering laboratory.
