摘要
目的:分析白内障"复明工程"群体实施手法小切口白内障现代囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术术后低视力的主要原因。方法:回顾分析我院2011年10月实施"百万贫困白内障患者复明工程"白内障患者189例(192眼),散瞳、麻醉、开睑后,采用手法小切口白内障现代囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术,观察患者术后矫正视力及并发症。结果:术后矫正视力正常率87.83%明显高于术前0%,低视力率明显低于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。23例(24眼)术后低视力患者中,发生手术并发症12例(52.17%),术前有原发并发症者5例(21.74%),同时有手术并发症和术前并发症者6例(26.09%)。结论:术中并发症和术前并发症是白内障"复明工程"手术后低视力发生的主要因素,临床应积极了解患者病史、并发症情况等,制定合理手术方案和预后,同时术中应注意手法,避免引发术中并发症。
Objective：To analyse the cataract ＂heavy engineering＂ groups implementing technique through small incision modern extracapsular cataract out iol implantation of low vision after the main reason.Methods：Retrospective analysis in October 2011 to implement ＂the millions of poor cataract surgery patients engineering＂ cataract patients 189 patients（192 eyes）,mydriatic,anesthesia,open after eyelid,small incision cataract use technique of modern extracapsular cataract out iol implantation,the postoperative observation correct vision and complications.Results：Postoperative corrected visual cuity was significantly higher than the 87.83% ZhengChangLv preoperative 0%,low vision rate was significantly lower than the control group,and the comparison of statistics data has significant difference（P〈0.05）.23 cases（24 eyes） of low vision after the patients,surgical complications occurred in 12 cases（52.17%）,preoperative has original the complications in 5 patients（21.74%）,and the complications and preoperative complications 6 cases（26.09%）.Conclusion：Intraoperative complications and preoperative complications is cataract ＂surgery project＂ of low vision after the operation of the main factors happen,clinical should actively know patients history,complications,formulate rational operation plan and prognosis,and at the same time should be paid attention to in this technique,avoid a intraoperatie complications.
