摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务对糖尿病患者并发症预防效果。方法:选择我院2009年5月至2011年5月收治的糖尿病患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组60例采取常规护理,观察组60例行优质护理服务,就两组临床资料进行对比分析。结果:观察组60例中,感染1例,并发症发生率为1.7%。对照组60例中,感染3例,糖尿病足1例,低血糖反应2例,并发症发生率为10%。两组并发症比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依据患者病情及身体状况,制定自我保健计划,使患者在提高遵医行为的基础上,提高疾病知晓率,进而降低并发症发生率,对疾病进行良好控制,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective：To study the quality care services for people with diabetes complications preventive effect.Methods： Choose our hospital in May 2009 to May 2011 patients with diabetes were 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups： control group（60 patients take conventional care,observation group of 60 routine quality care services,two groups of clinical data were analyzed.Results：The observation group 60 cases,the infection in 1,complication rate of 1.7%.The control group in 60 patients,inflammation（3 cases）,diabetes foot in 1,and a low blood glucose reaction in 2 cases,complication rate of 10%.Two groups of complications comparing statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：On the basis of physical condition and symptoms in patients,formulate self health care plan,so that patients in improving medical behavior as the basis,improve disease awareness,thereby reducing the incidence of complications,the good control of the disease,improve the quality of life of the patients.
