摘要
聚合物水泥基防水涂料是一种新型、高效的双组份水性建筑防水涂料,代表着防水材料的发展方向之一。但目前聚合物水泥基防水涂料仍存在力学性能不够理想,耐水性、耐久性差等问题,限制了该类涂料的推广和应用。本文通过对丙烯酸酯系聚合物水泥防水涂料合理配合比设计及其涂膜物理性能测试,得出以下结论:JS(I)型涂料的液粉比可以适当减小,而涂膜物理性能组合得到优化;聚灰比是影响聚合物水泥基防水涂料物理性能的关键因素。
The polymer modified cement based waterproofing coating was the new efficient component water-based architectural material, representing one aspect of the waterproofing materials progress. But the problem of their mechanical properties, resistance to water, durabihty and so on still existed. These bruited the promotion and application of this type of paint. Reasonable mix ratio of acrylic polymer cement-based waterproof coating was studied and the physical properties of the coatings were tested. The principal research conclusions were as following: the ratio of liquid and powder ofJS (I)-type paint may be appropriate to reduce, and the comprehensive physical properties were optimized; The proportion of polymer and cement was the key factor affecting the structure and performance of the polymer modified cement based waterproof coating.
