摘要
石家庄市多年平均降水量534.4mm,降水量分布不均,汛期降水量占全年降水量的81.6%;地表水资源主要分布在西部山区,平山县、井陉和灵寿县三县地表水资源量占全市总量的74.3%。地下水资源作为该市工农业用水的主要水源,由于大量开采,使地下水位持续下降,对生态环境造成一定的影响。通过对石家庄市水资源开发利用现状和供需分析,石家庄市水资源供需矛盾突出,提出水资源开发利用和保护措施。
This paper introduced the current situation of water resources in Shijiazhuang. The average annual precipitation is unevenly 534.4 mm, while accounted for 81.6% in flood season of the whole year. The surface water resources mainly distribute in the western mountainous area, Pinshan,Jingxing and Linshou accounted totally for 74.3%. Groundwater acts as the main resources of industry and agricultural water use in this city. For massive mining, groundwater level drops continually, this has certainly influenced over the environment. The paper analyzed the recent utilization, supply and demand situation of water utilization,and pointed out as the prominent contradiction, raised the water resources development, utilization and protection measures.
