摘要
便携式睡眠监测仪是一种简化监测电极后用于家中或无人监管情况下的睡眠疾患诊断设备，与多导睡眠图相比，可以大大提高诊断能力。本文综述了便携式监测仪在睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊断中的应用现状及前景。
Polysomnography is considered to be the gold standard for the diagnosis of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （SAHS）. It is costly and involves a technically complex examination. Portable monitoring device （PMD） generally incorporates two or more respiratory recording techniques to allow for ambulatory or home monitoring. This paper reviews the use of PMD in the diagnosis of SAHS, including recent findings, as well as the advantages and limitations of the applications of this technology.
