摘要
2012年,美国的需求是"回流美元",美元进入第三个"17年大周期升浪"和临近"5年升值小周期",世界由此进入"美元升/全球资源资产贬"的格局之中。基于此,中国需要在几个重要问题上有效应对。
In 2012,the demand in the United States is the reflux of USD.USD has entered into the third cycle of upward move in 17 years,and close to the small cycle of the appreciation in five years.The world is in the pattern of USD up/global resource assets down.In view of this,China needs to deal with effectively several important issues.
