摘要
目的优化三七花盘提取三七皂苷的提取工艺。方法首次用三七花盘提取三七皂苷,采用L9(34)正交处理,考察提取后三七浸膏的提取率,确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为50%,提取时间2h,用量为8倍量,提取次数3次。结论该工艺简便易行,得率高,适于生产,可用于开发三七保健食品化妆品,促进三七资源的多样化综合利用。
Objective To optimize the technology of extracting saponins from notoginseng flower.Methods Extracting saponins from notoginseng flower for the first time,and observing the extracting rate of notoginseng extract by orthogonal test.Results The optimum condition was as follows： eight times of 50% ethanol was added,extracted for 3 times and each 2 h.Conclusion This extraction process was simple with higher yield.It can make comprehensive utilization of notoginseng resource in health food and cosmetic industry.
