摘要
以中药材为原料,经提取、分离、精制等步骤制成的灭菌制剂为中药注射剂。注射剂给药形式改变了中药的传统,兼具注射剂剂型和中药辨证施治的双重特点。中药注射剂尤其是复方制剂,其所包含的化学成分十分复杂,不同化学成分之间可能存在理化反应,若在使用中出现配伍不当时很容易造成严重的不良反应。在临床实践中应该进行中药注射剂的安全性评价,采用不良反应的通报制度,督促医疗工作者规范使用中药注射剂。
