摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:将42例糖尿病足患者随机分为两组,治疗组(22例)和对照组组(20例)均予相同的基础治疗,治疗组加用加味补阳还五汤口服。结果:治疗组总有效率90.9%,对照组总有效率55%。结论:加味补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病足能明显提高疗效。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of the treating diabetic foot in the integrative medicine. Methods： 42 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （22 cases） and control group （20 cases） herein are the same basic treatment, the treatment group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction for treatmen. Results： The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group, and in the control group, the total effective rate was 55%. Conclusion： Treating diabetic foot with the Buyang Huanwu decoction can significantly improve efficacy.
