摘要
目的:观察手足阳明经特效穴灸法配合针刺治疗面瘫的疗效观察。方法:双侧手三里穴米粒灸15壮,双侧足三里温针灸15min;针刺患者双侧合谷、患侧面部穴位;每日1次,留针20～30min,14d为1个疗程。结果:共治疗面瘫患者60例,治愈50例,好转6例,2例无效,特殊原因无法持续治疗2例。结论:阳明经特效穴灸法配合针刺治疗面瘫是一种提高临床疗效、缩短病程的有效方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of moxibustion plus acupuncture in treating facial paralysis. Methods： Rice grains moxibustion of Zusanli of the bilateral hands 15 Zhuang, Zusanli warm acupuncture 15 minutes; Acupuncture in patients with bilateral Hegu, ipsilateral facial acupuncture points; once a day, the needle 20 to 30 minutes, 14 days for a course. Results： Treating facial paralysis in patients with 60 cases, 50 cases of cured, improved in 6 cases, two cases of invalid, special reasons can not continue the treatment of two cases, Conclusion： Moxibustion plus acupuncture in treating facial paralysis is a effective way to improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course.
