摘要
目的:探讨处方点评制度对优化处方质量和提高合理用药的影响和意义。方法:随机抽取我院2010年1～3月和5～7月门急诊处方,每天随机抽取50张,共计5400张,依据《处方管理办法》[1]、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》[2]、《新编药物学》(第17版)、药品说明书及相关文献,对处方书写的规范性和用药的合理性进行审核、点评,根据自制的处方点评专用表格进行登记并作统计和分析。结果:其中1～3月2700张为实施处方点评制度前,处方合格率为63.4%,合理用药率为88.9%。实施处方点评制度后5～7月2700张,处方合格率为94.8%,合理用药率为97.9%。结论:实施处方点评制度有利于优化处方质量和促进临床的合理用药。
Objective： To investigate the prescription review system to optimize the prescription quality and enhance the influence and significance of the rational use of medicine. Methods： The randomly selected the hospital on January 2010 to March and May to July emergency prescription, daily randomly selected 50, totaling 5400, according to the prescription-management approach, clinical use of antibiotics guiding principlesE21, the ＂New Pharmacology＂ （17th Edition）, medicine brochures and related literature, to audit and review prescription written normative and the rationality of the medication, according to the specific forms of self-made prescription review to registration, statistics and analysis. Results： January to March 2700 before the implementation of the prescription review system, prescription a pass rate of 63.4%, rational medicine application rate of 88.9%. After the implementation of the prescription review system from May to July 2700, the prescription pass rate of 94.8%, rational medicine use rate of 97.9%. Conclusion： Implementation of the prescription review system was conducive to optimize the prescription quality and promote the clinical rational medicine application.
