摘要
目的:观察润燥止痒胶囊联合蜈黛软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:治疗组50例,口服润燥止痒胶囊3次/d,4粒/次,同时外用蜈黛软膏2次/d;对照组50例,单纯外用蜈黛软膏2次/d;3周后观察疗效。结果:两组比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);第1周与第2周治疗组有效率经统计学比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊与蜈黛软膏联用治疗慢性湿疹具有较好的治疗效果。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on treating chronic eczema with the Runzao Zhiyang capsules plus the Wudai ointment. Methods： The treatment group of 50 patients, oral the Runzao Zhiyang capsules 3 times/d, 4 tablets/times, topical the Wudai ointment 2 times/day; and the control group of 50 cases of simple topical the Wudai ointment 2/day; 3 weeks later observed the efficacy. Results： There were differences statistically significant, the treatment group efficiency higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; one week and two weeks of the treatment group difference in efficiency were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating chronic eczema with the Runzao Zhiyang capsules plus the Wudai ointment has better therapeutic effect.
