摘要 以Ga改性的TS-1分子筛为载体,用沉积沉淀法制备了金催化剂,并用于气相丙烯环氧化反应.比较了不同Ga掺杂量对催化剂结构和催化性能的影响.反应结果表明:Ga的改性使催化剂上丙烯的转化率由1.8%提高到2.7%;环氧丙烷的选择性由86.2%提高到91.9%.催化剂活性的增加可能是因为Ga的掺入使金颗粒分布更加均匀,以及载体微结构变化引起的配位效应. A series of Au catalysts supported on Ga-modified TS-1 were prepared and tested for direct propylene epoxidation in the presence of hydrogen and oxygen. The effect of Ga contents on the structure and catalytic properties of these catalysts were investigated. X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) results showed that Ga ions were incorporated in the structure of TS-1. The Ga-modification promoted C3H6 conversion from 1.8% to 2.7% and PO selectivity from 86.2% to 91.9%, which seemed due to the fine dispersion of Au particles for Ga incorpo- ration resulted from the change of the microstructure of the TS-1 Support.
