摘要
通过对中国企业面对反倾销不应诉或应诉不力问题的分析,得出行业协会应该在应对反倾销中担当重任,并分析了其理论依据和作用的有效发挥问题。
Through the analyses of problems of Chinese enterprises＇ no-response or not-enough-response to suits in exports,the paper comes to a conclusion that trade associations should take up the responsibility of dealing with the anti-dumping cases and give full play to its theoretical basis and significance.
