摘要
教育生态观为生态化体育教师专业发展模式提供了理论基础,基础教育体育课程改革为生态化体育教师专业发展模式提供了现实基础。生态取向是体育教师专业发展范式上的突破与超越。基于内生态与类生态两个层面提出了体育教师专业发展走向生态化的思路与策略:确立积极的自我意象,增强体育教师职业认同感;改善教师文化素质,提升体育教师文化品位;形成反思的文化品格,促进体育教师自我更新;建设和谐的教师文化,培植体育教师专业成长的适宜土壤;统整多元教育资源,提高体育教师教育实效;实施多元主体评价,引领体育教师全面发展等。
This paper analyzes the theoretical meaning, characteristics and countermeasures of ecological turning of P.E. teacher professional development. It holds that educational ecology and the curricular reformof physical educa- tion provide a strong theoretical foundation for the ecological turning of P.E. teachers' professional development. The ecological turning is a breaking through and transcending of the paradigm on P.E. teachers' professional devel- opment. Countermeasures are as follows:positive self-image building, professional identity recognition, self-reflec- tion, harmonious culture, beneficial academic environment, education resource enrichment, teaching quality im- provement, multiple evaluation system, and P.E. teacher's all-round deve]nnmt^nt
