摘要
进入2012年以来,国家宏观调控政策出现了新变化,总基调从"稳物价"转向了"稳增长",货币和财政政策都做了预调和微调。处在工业化中期的吉林省要抓住这个有利条件,探索符合省情的经济结构调整路径。通过做大做强工业,推进产业结构调整;依托城镇化建设,推进城乡和区域结构调整;支持民营经济发展,推进所有制结构调整;提高对外开放水平,推进内外结构调整,加快实现发展方式转变。
Since the beginning of 2012,the national macro-control policies have undergone new changes,the general base has diverted from＂stabling prices＂to＂stabling growth＂,and monetary and fiscal policies have been pre-adjusted and fine-tuned.Jilin Province which is in the mid-term of industrialization should seize the favorable condition to explore the way of economic restructuring that conforms to the situation of Jilin province.Jilin province should speed up the realization of transformation of development patterns by expanding and strengthening its industries,promoting industrial restructuring;relying on urbanization construction,propelling urban and rural as well as regional structural adjustment;supporting the development of private economy,carrying forward the adjustment of ownership structure;opening wider to the outside world,and impelling internal and external structural adjustment.
