摘要
为减轻农业灾害给河北省农业生产、农村经济以及农民增收造成的损失,根据近3 a统计及调查数据,分析了河北省农业突发灾害的种类及特征。就如何从科技进步和管理体制创新2个方面入手对提高河北省农业突发灾害的应对和科学控制能力进行了深入分析,并提出了具体措施。
To reduce the losses caused by agricuhural disasters to agricultural production, rural economy and farmers＇ income in Hebei Province, according to the statistics and survey data of the last three years, the types and characteristics of unexpected agricultural disasters were analyzed. The effects of scientific and technological progress and management innovation on enhancing the control capability of agricultural disasters were elaborated deeply, and the specific countermeasures were put forward.
