摘要
基于应变设计的极地管线对管体的性能有严格的要求。对采用UOE和螺旋焊工艺生产的X80输送管进行了比较,由于冷扩径UOE工艺具有一定程度的应变强化,因此,UOE钢管相比螺旋焊管对于钢管涂敷更为敏感。UOE钢管具有管体纵向与管体横向强度更为均衡的优势,管体横向的强度更高一些,使其能够达到钢级的最小规定强度的要求;而管体纵向的强度更低一些,能够实现环焊缝的过匹配。对于基于应变设计,2种类型的钢管既有优势也有劣势,在低温涂敷作业时,UOE钢管能够保持良好的形变强化能力。
The polar pipeline based on strain design has strict requests to pipe body performance. In this article, the X80 conveying pipes were compared by adopting UOE and SAW process respectively. Because cold expansion UOE process possesses certain degree strain hardening, so steel pipe coating for UOE pipe is more sensitive than that of SAW pipe. The transverse and longitudinal strength of UOE pipe are balanced, the transverse strength is higher, which can reach the lowest strength; while the longitudinal strength is lower, which can realize over-fitting of circumferential weld. Based on strain design, the said two kinds of steel pipes not only possess advantages, but also disadvantages. When coating is in low temperature, UOE pipe can keep good strain hardening ability.
