摘要
详细介绍了准508 mm HFW直缝焊管排辊成型机组轧制力的测试方法。采用电阻应变式传感器测量法,测试了递送机架、预成型机架和精成型机架的轧制力以及排辊成型段管坯对排辊的作用力。通过试验分析了HFW焊管成型过程中轧制力的分布状态以及对成型性能的影响,从而合理调整轧制工艺参数(轧辊压下量的调整、排辊的位置和角度的调整、下山量的调整等),使得整个成型过程的力能分布比较合理,保证了轧制过程顺利进行,并为后续的理论研究提供了技术支撑。
In this article, it introduced the test method of Ф 508 mm HFW longitudinal welded pipe cage forming rolling force in detail. It adopted resistance strain sensor to test rolling force of delivery frame, preforming frame and finishing forming, as well as the acting force of cage forming pipe blank on array rolls section. It analyzed distribution status of rolling force and its effect on forming performance during HFW pipe forming, thus reasonably adjusted rolling parameters (rolling reduction, position and angle of array rolls, down-slope amount), made the distribution of force energy more reasonable, guaranteed the whole rolling course, and provided technical support for subsequent theoretical research.
