介绍了直接用发生炉煤气给玻璃球窑升温的操作方法、注意事项,并与有临时管道发生炉煤气烤窑方法对比。实践证明:用无临时管道发生炉煤气烤窑时间大大缩短。同样将炉膛加热到850℃,无临时管道发生炉煤气烤窑只需约60t煤,而用柴油升温要消耗柴油近20t,用临时管道发生炉煤气烤窑约需煤约120t。无临时管道发生炉煤气烤窑的成本大大减少。
The author describes here the method of heating without temporary supply pipes, and makes comparison with supplied by temporary pipes. The practice demonstrated that pipes was largely shortened. When the furnace chamber was coal while the heating-up with diesel oil would need about 20 up a glass marble furnace directly with producer gas the method of heating up furnaces with producer gas the heating-up time in the case of not using temporary heated up to 850 ℃, this case used only about 60t t oil and the heating-up with producer gas using temporary pipes would need about 120 t coal, which showed significant cost reduction by the new method.
