摘要 以湖北堵河潘口水电站混凝土面板堆石坝为例,从优选原材料入手,开展了面板混凝土配合比优化设计。现场观察表明,通过采用中热水泥、掺加增强密实剂、Ⅰ级粉煤灰等措施,可使面板混凝土的裂缝明显减少。结合该工程面板混凝土试验特性,提出了在施工中应注意的应用控制事项,如严格检查计量器具、保证粗骨料质量、充分养护等。 Taking the concrete face rock - fill dam of Pankou Hydropower Station as an example, we conducted experiments on optimization design of concrete face proportion based on raw material selection. The in - site observation shows that the measures of using moderate cement, mixing compacting agent, using grade I fly ash can obviously reduce cracks of face slab concrete. The controlling points in construction are pointed out according to the features of concrete, such as checking measurement instruments strictly, guaranteeing quality of coarse aggregate, sufficient curing, etc..
