摘要
采用型尺测量方法,对青藏铁路格尔木至甘隆段采用YHGQ-1200型焊轨车进行线下单元焊作业、焊接和正火后的接头平直度进行了测量、统计和分析,并跟踪测量、统计和分析这些接头在换铺上道后其焊接接头的平直度变化规律,发现焊前垫轨和焊后打磨对焊接接头平直度影响很大。在此基础上总结了影响高原地区钢轨焊接接头平直度的因素,提出了改善和提高高原地区现场焊接接头平直度的控制技术措施。
Based on the ruler measurement method,for the Qinghai-Tibet railway from Golmud to Ganlong,the YHGQ - 1200 type welded rail ear was used for line unit operation,welding and normalization.The welded joint flatness was measured,summarized and analyzed.In addition, the variation of the joint straightness was summarized and analyzed.It was found that padding rail before welding and grinding rail after welding have a great influence on the flatness of welded joint.The influence factors of the plateau rail welded joint straightness were summarized. Then some controlling technical measures to improve the welding joint straightness at plateau area were presented.
