摘要
为了适应风洞发展的需要,满足风洞测量技术精细化、多样化的要求,开展了基于位置敏感器件(PSD)技术的模型姿态角测量系统的原理性研究。对PSD探测头进行了详细设计,完成了姿态角测量试验平台和数据采集处理系统,并开展了初步的测量试验。通过原理性试验证明,测量系统的测量范围为-10°~10°,测量准确度为0.036°,测量精度为0.016°。还对系统应用于振动的测量进行了原理性的研究,获得了初步的研究数据。随着进一步的细化和精确度的进一步提高,基于PSD技术的模型姿态角测量系统在风洞模型的姿态和振动测量、姿态角测量机构的标定和检定、视频测量系统的相互验证等领域具有非常大的应用潜力。
In order to meet the requests for refinement or diversification of wind tunnel tests,the principle and method research for optical measuring system of model attitude angle and vibration based on PSD is investigated in this paper.The PSD detector is designed carefully.The test plat and data analysis system are also developed.With this measure system,some tests have been carried out.As the principle research shows,the measurement system’s measuring range can reach-10°-10°,and the measuring accuracy and precision are 0.036° and 0.016° respectively.The model vibration has also been measured in this paper.
