摘要
顶岗实习是高职实践教学不可缺少的重要环节,也是校企合作、工学结合培养高技能应用型人才的一种教学模式。建立完善的顶岗实习管理策略,加强过程的控制,对于高质量完成顶岗实习任务、目标具有重要的意义。结合多年学生顶岗实习的管理实践,对行之有效的顶岗实习管理策略进行了有益探索。
Students＇ internship practice is one of the most important parts of practical teaching in vocational education in college, which is also a special teaching mode of training high-skilled practical talents by way of college-enterprise cooperation and work-study cooperation. It is quite essential to set up fully established managing strategies and strengthened control over the process to fulfill the tasks and aims with high quality and perfection. In this thesis, the research on efficient managing strategies of students＇ internship practice has been developed, based on managing experience in recent years.
