摘要
在电能表的设计中,变压器是供给电能表工作电源的关键部件,研发人员从变压器铁芯材料的选择、诸多电气参数(空载电流、带负载能力、功率消耗、绝缘性能等)的设计,以及电能表在不同工况下的适用性,均做出了较详细的计算和试验验证,但往往疏忽了在轻载工况下、特别在用户不用电的条件下,变压器漏磁对锰铜采样电能表本身以及对邻近安装电能表计量准确度的影响,由此导致电能表额外消耗的电能量虽然较小,但却可能导致居民用户的投诉,影响电力部门对用户的优质服务。本文针对锰铜采样电能表的变压器漏磁对邻近安装电能表的影响以及影响产生的机理做了分析,并给出了解决方案,试验证明该方案切实可行。
In the design of the electric energy meter, transformer acts as the critical component of the working power supply. Contraposing the choice of transformer core material and the design of numerous electrical parameters for transformer e.g. no load current, ability of driving load, power consumption, insulating property, serviceability in different conditions to the electric energy meter, developers have made plenty detailed calculations and tests verification. However, developers often neglect the impact about transformers magnetic leakage to measurement accuracy of manganin sampling power energy meter itself and the power energy meter nearby in light load conditions, particularly in the conditions that users don't use electricity. Even through the impact of transformers magnetic leakage generates small extra electric energy consumption, that may result in complaint of resident users, and affect the excellent service of electric power company to the users. This article analyzes the influence about transformers magnetic leakage of manganin sampling power energy meter to the nearby meters and mechanism of the influence generation, also gives solution proved achievable by experiments.
