摘要
目的:建立槲寄生中紫丁香苷的高效液相含量测定方法,为药材及其制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法:色谱柱:AgilentExtend C_(18)柱(250 nn×4.6 nn,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85);检测波长:264 nn。结果:紫丁香苷在0.25~4.98μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为102.5%,RSD=1.6%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,为槲寄生药材及其制剂的质量控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of syringin in Viscum coloratum ( Komar. ) Nakai to control the quality. Method: An Agilent Extend C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm), a mobile phase of methanol-water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid ( 15:85 ) and the detection wavelength of 264 nm were applied in the study. Result: The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.254.98 μg( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of syringin was 102.5% with RSD of 1.6% (n = 9 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible both for the quality control of the crude material and preparation of Viscum coloratum (Komar.) Nakai.
