摘要
介绍了18QNY1G20型单一压力容器(SPV)高压氢镍电池的结构特点,对制备的18QNY1G20高压氢镍电池进行了测试。在10℃下,以10 A(0.5C)放电,单体电池的平均中值电压为1.320 V。电池组的比能量为47.35 Wh/kg,40 A放电时间为25 min,3 d荷电保持率为74.24%;-20℃、30℃时的放电容量分别是常温容量的97.9%和78.3%,有效最小可检泄漏率为3.5×10-8Pa.m3/s,高强度寿命考核(70%DOD)循环寿命已达到3 952次。
The structural characteristics of 18Q N Y 1 G20 type single pressure vessel(SPV) hydrogen-nickel battery were intro- duced, the prepared 18QNY1G20 type SPV hydrogen-nickel battery was tested. The average middle voltage of single battery was 1.320 V when 10 A (0.5 C) discharged under 10 ℃ .The specific energy of the battery assembly was 47.35 Wh/kg,the 40 A discharge time was 25 min, the 3 d charge retention ratio was 74.24%, the discharge capacity at - 20 ℃ and 30 ℃ retained 97.9% and 78.3% of that at normal temperature, respectively, the least measurable leakage was 3.5×10^-8 Pa·m^3/s, cycle life under high strength life test (70%DOD) reached to 3 952 cycles.
