摘要 研究了对氨基苯酚重氮水解制备对苯二酚的连续化水解工艺,重点考察了停留时间、反应釜的串联数、水解温度以及反应酸的套用对反应的影响,得出了最佳的工艺参数:三釜串联,反应温度>108℃,停留时间为4h,重氮液从1#釜滴加,反应收率可以达到86%~90%,与间歇反应收率接近。采用连续化水解操作,设备投资小,产能高,工业化前景好。 To research on the preparation of hydroquinone by the reaction of diazotization and continuous hydrolysis of p-aminophenol,and focus on the study of effect factors of reaction,for example,residence time,reaction kettle series number,reaction temperature and repeated use of acid.The optimal parameters were that reaction kettle series number was three,reaction temperature was above 106 ℃,residence time was 4 hours,diazotization liquid dropping from No.1 kettle.With the optimal process parameters,the reaction yield could reach 86%~90%,which was close to the intermittent reaction yield.The continuous hydrolysis technique had the advantages of small equipment investment,high productivity,and good prospect of industrialization.
