摘要
通过摆式摩擦系数仪和铺砂法分别检测了成型板式试件的摩擦系数和构造深度,对5种级配对应的摩擦系数、构造深度、关键筛孔通过率,以及构造深度与空隙率之间的关系进行分析,研究认为:4.75 mm筛孔通过率是控制级配组成的一个重要因素,对混合料的多项性能都有很大影响,通过率越低,抗滑性越好;空隙率可作为抗滑性的评价指标。
This paper detected the coefficient of friction and texture depth of molding plate specimen with pendulum coeffi-cient of friction instrument and spread sand method, analyzed the corresponding coefficient of friction, texture depth and critical sieve through rate of 5 kinds of gradation, and the relationship of texture depth and voidage. The research shows that 4.75 mm sieve through rate is an important factor in the control of grading components and has a significant impact on a number of proper-ties of the mixture, the lower rate, the better anti - slide performance ; voidage can be used as the evaluation index of anti - slide performance.
