摘要
Land problem has been one of key problems in China in the past thousands of years.Relationship between possessing Land and using it has always been the core of social structure and social relations.Using adjusting cropland in village A as a case,the article tries to reveal some thought\|provoking problems in new historical situations.It first introduces former game rule on adjusting cropland and its initial destruction.Then analyses several new social factors which impel the further destruction of former game rule,mainly including the potential problem of lay\|off among non-farmers,phenomena of pretending to divorce and of getting married secretly,and one person with double “hukou”or permanent residences.After introducing several major attitudes among villagers during conflict of adjusting cropland and the new game rule,it lays emphasis on analyzing the factors which play an important role in the course of reconstructing new game rule,mainly including documents from higher authorities,interest interaction,strength intervention and earthland characteristics.
