摘要
高校期刊阅览室是广大师生获取现代知识信息的重要场所之一,在图书馆占有重要的地位。在读者服务工作中,人性化管理是图书馆服务的发展方向,是现代高校图书馆管理的新理念。探讨了通过人性化管理与读者互动服务的实施,达到满足读者快捷、多元化的需求,从而提升图书馆管理水平和服务质量。
University journals reading room is one of the important places where general teachers and students could be access to modern knowledge and information and shares an important position in the library.In reader service work,humanization management is the developing direction of the library service and the new concept of modern university library management.In this paper the implementation of humanized management and readers' interactive services were discussed to meet the fastness and diversity of the reader's requirements to enhance the library management level and the service quality.
